This month, I’m looking for more men who want to lose 15lbs or more of body fat whilst fitting everything around their busy schedules and family life.

I'm going to help them create the right training plan, select the right foods and build healthy habits.

This will be achieved without spending hours in the gym (more on this later) or cutting out every food that makes life enjoyable.

I’ve called this a Weight-Loss Program because that’s our main focus here.

Whether you’re either unsure what to do for Weight-Loss or where you’ve not really enjoyed anything you’ve done in the past.

We'll start with a training plan that fits your schedule and set you up with something that you actually enjoy doing.

It’s important that we find a plan that you enjoy, but doesn’t take up all your time and become a part-time job in the process.

Three to four 45-min sessions a week will be more than enough to see results. 

The result? You'll be 100% confident in your training plan, without burning yourself out.

It will help speed up the fat loss process and you’ll feel more energised too.

If training is not something you can fit into your schedule every week, no problem, we can add more emphasis to what I’m about to cover next.


The Second Problem We'll Solve Together...

Is the lack of strategy/understanding around the right nutrition.

You see, most men (I used to be one of them) have an all-or-nothing mentality.

Either eating clean or not at all. But here’s where most men are going wrong.

When you get some basic understanding of nutrition, calories and macros, you’ll be able to enjoy pizza, fries, beers all in moderation and still lose weight.

It’s all about finding the right balance and that’s where the “sustainability” comes from.

Honestly, get this right and you can even get to your ideal weight without much exercise at all.

If you’ve got a hectic schedule like most guys and can't do your three to four 45min sessions per week, we can add more emphasis here.

Our lifestyle and habits are a big factor in gaining weight and losing weight. That why during my 12 week program I'm going to be helping you install habits that support your weight-loss goals and lead to lasting change.

We are going to be checking in weekly to keep you on track. We will be looking at weekly wins, challenges and next steps to make sure you're moving forwards towards your weight-loss goals.

"How Much Time Do I Need?"

You’ll want to make sure you have some time to check-in with me for around 30 mins per week and spare about 30 mins for going through any resources I send you.

Everything else (training/nutrition) we will fit around your current lifestyle and working schedule.

It all depends on what we decide would be the best option for you after if we make time to speak and explore things further.

I'm flexible here and I never want money to be the barrier when it comes to my clients achieving their health and fitness goals.

Any time you invest time and money to work with a coach, there’s a risk. Right?


What if it doesn’t work? What if it’s not as good as he said?

Maybe social events come up, life gets busy and we don’t make progress as quickly as we had hoped and you need some extra time to get back on track…

So if you follow the program and don’t see at least 15lbs of weight-loss in the space of the 12 weeks, I’ll continue coaching you until you at least lose 15lbs of body fat.

I’ve got 10 years worth of personal training and online experience so you will be in safe hands working through everything with me.

#1) Assess: The goal of our call is to assess what’s really going on, what seems to be the biggest obstacles and what’s holding you back from being at your ideal weight

#2) Plan - Once we are both clear on the assessment there will be a few possible outcomes:

We decide it would be a good fit to work together and we get you moving in the right direction and start creating a person plan. 

We decide it’s not a good fit and that’s 100% ok.

Or we decided that your needs would address better by another specialist and I’ll simply refer you to someone else who I think would be a better fit to help you.
